The questions we get asked most about training at our Penrith venue.

Where is your Penrith venue?

Suite 2003A, Level 2, Borec House, 29 Station Street, Penrith NSW 2750. In Borec House on Station Street, a short walk from Penrith station and Westfield Penrith parking.

Which suburbs do you draw students from?

Students travel to our Penrith venue from across the Nepean, including Penrith, St Marys, Kingswood, Emu Plains, Glenmore Park, Cranebrook, Jordan Springs, Blacktown, Richmond and Katoomba.

How long does the course take?

CPR (HLTAID009) is 1.5 hours, First Aid (HLTAID011) is 3 hours and Childcare First Aid (HLTAID012) is 3.5 hours. Each has a short online component you complete beforehand in your own time.

When do I get my certificate?

The same day you attend the practical session. Your statement of attainment is nationally recognised and valid Australia-wide.

How long is my certificate valid?

Nationally recognised first aid certification is generally treated as current for three years, with an annual CPR refresher.

Do I need a USI?

Yes. You need a Unique Student Identifier before a nationally recognised certificate can be issued. It is free at usi help and takes a few minutes.

Which course do I need?

Most workplaces ask for HLTAID011 Provide First Aid, which includes the CPR unit. Education and care settings generally need HLTAID012. If you only need a CPR refresher, HLTAID009 is the short option.

Do you price match?

Yes. If you find the same nationally recognised course cheaper, we will match it — see our price match page.

Can you train our whole team?

Yes. Get in touch through our contact page and we will arrange a session for your group.
